Judy has been Dr. Kaplove’s treasured left hand Assistant since the year 2009 and also holds the important position of Operations Manager. In her multifaceted role, she is responsible for a wide range of office duties, as well as providing hands-on assistance to the doctors in their dedicated efforts to take care of patients. In addition to meeting and greeting patients with warmth and professionalism, Judy skillfully handles the busy telephones and meticulously manages appointment scheduling. She strongly pays close attention to the careful details involved in the insurance verification and authorization processes. This dedication ensures that every patient receives the necessary treatment that aligns with their specific plan of care. Furthermore, she assists Dr. Kaplove with ultrasound procedures, electric stimulation, and a variety of other treatment tools. Equally adept in both the office and the treatment rooms, Judy takes great pride in her ability to be helpful and efficient, ensuring that every patient’s experience is as seamless and positive as possible.

Judy has an extensive and impressive background in both product and showroom design, which she has cultivated over the years. She was a dedicated partner in a successful home décor wholesale company for an incredible 17 years, during which time she traveled extensively throughout the world, immersing herself in various cultures and drawing inspiration for innovative product and showroom design. Beyond her professional achievements, she is a devoted mother of two wonderful children and a proud grandmother, cherishing the moments spent with her family.
